YimiYoga - Meditation | Breathwork | Gentle Exercise

YimiYoga Relax and Heal is a 45 to 60 mins wellness program for beginner or advanced practitioners of yoga & meditation.
The combination of breathwork, mantra and meditation is optimised to assist with a feeling of love, care and abundance. It has helped many to de-stress, improve focus and determination, become calm and appreciate our connection with the universe.
This is a FREE guided session where everyone is welcome and no prior experience is required. Just bring a mat or chair and optional cushion.
The program is supported by the Townsville City Council.
We encourage regular attendance to derive full benefit and offer instructor training to volunteer participants for paid opportunities.
